All deliveries within New Zealand are sent via courier. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. However if ordered on a weekend day or public holiday it will be processed within the next 2 working days.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you on dispatch along with your tracking number.
Please allow approx 2 business days for North Island, NZ delivery and approx 3 business days for South Island, NZ delivery.
For Australian and other international orders please allow 3 – 10 business days worldwide. This does not include the amount of time for customs clearance.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE EASY!
We are happy to exchange/refund any item purchased online except sale, discounted or any one off runway design items, cannot be exchanged or refunded (Full price items only excluding one off runway deign items). You have 7 days from delivery to send the goods back to Lilika Designs.
If you want to exchange a size, color or alternative style please let us know the item you prefer at time of contact so we can check its availability for you and reserve it.
Please note the following conditions do apply:
You must have notified us of your intention to exchange/return the goods within 3 business days of delivery.(Outside of NZ 5 business days).
Goods must be returned to Lilika Designs within 7 days of delivery for all exchanges/returns.
Please note if you are outside the time frame above, all sales will become final.
To have a refund authorized by Lilika Designs you must have contacted us within the 3 day period.
Shipping/handling/custom fees/duty taxes/charges are not refundable.
If you are sending back for an exchange of size, change of color or alternate style, you must cover the costs of shipping both ways.
We will arrange an exchange or refund for you once the garment has been returned and accepted by Lilika Designs.
All items must be in the condition that they were shipped -unwashed, unworn and with all original tags and packaging attached.
You must return your order within 7 business days of the delivery date for New Zealand orders and 10 business days for International orders (Your Shipping Confirmation will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched).
Please note orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday.
Please send goods back to Lilika Designs via a traceable method to the address at the top of the order form (included with your purchase).
Please note Lilika Designs does not take responsibility of any items lost in the process of returning to us and hence why we recommend a traceable method.
Please send back your order form (keep a copy for yourself) with the reason of your return on the form.
Shipping address for returns will be given to you on contact.
Lilika Designs does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality goods. However, if you believe that your item is faulty, please contact us by email and we will work to resolve the issue for you.
If you are returning your item from outside of New Zealand, please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organize with you the best way to return the items.
You will be responsible for shipping cost to return items to Lilika Designs.

REFUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME
Please note to have a refund authorized by Lilika Designs you must have contacted us in the 3 day period above.
All refunds will be credited in the same way in which they were originally paid.
If your package arrives to Lilika Designs within the 7-10 day timeline specified above, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 working days.Outside of this time frame all sales will become final.
You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall delete you off the list.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Lilika Designs is committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products. We do our utmost to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange a back order or a full refund.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST (15% sales tax).
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason and at any time.
Payment is secured by way of Paypal which accepts all major Credit/Debit cards.
Once funds have been received and cleared, we will courier your items to your nominated postal address.
