  While we are excited to ship your fabulous Lilika items to you, and will be doing our very best to dispatch as quickly as possible. Sometimes due to post delays the time frame may vary.

Lilika Designs processes all orders in NZD. While the content of your cart is currently displayed in your currency of choice, you will be checking out using NZD at the most current exchange rate.

 

FAULTS

We hope that your Lilika design is delivered to you in perfection condition, we treat every order with utmost care.

 If there is any fault with the garment please email and make us aware of the situation along with including a proof of purchase and a photo. This must happen within the first 7 days of your purchase. You may then send the garment back to us and we will repair or replace it for you.

 RETURNS & CHANGE OF MIND - 100% MONEY BACK 

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, that is why we offer a credit in the case that the item does not fit you, you are not satisfied with the product, or you have simply changed your mind, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached
  • The item is not a clearance or sale item including  $39 Hot Designer Friday item (s)
  • The item is not a bodysuit (for hygiene reasons). 
  • The item is returned to us within 7 days
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available
  • All returns + store credits will take approximately 1-3 business days from date of delivery to us to be processed. 


LIlika Designs offers a 100% money back on all purchases from our website. If you receive an item and you are not 100% happy with the fit you can return it to us with the criteria above. The items are your responsibility until they reach us. On rare occasions a refund may be declined. This should only occur when the product is damaged and has not arrived in its original condition or outside of the returns timeframe. Our 100% money back does not apply to sale items. 

 

Cancellations & Order Changes

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make changes to an order after it has been placed. Amendments include:

Change of delivery

Adding or removing an item from the order

Change of style or colour

Applying a gift card/discount

Full order cancellations

 

Please Note: Return Information

  • Sale items are unable to be returned.
  • No returns accepted on items returned to us with makeup/tan marks. If this is the case, the package will be returned back to the customer.
  • The store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card which can be used to purchase a replacement, or used on your next order.
  • Return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty. We advise returns be sent via a courier service.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size choice, however we can provide you with a credit note equivalent to the price of the item/s you purchased. 
  • Should our return policy not been honouredthe item will be sent back with charges payable by the customer. 
  • Lilika Designs is not liable for the loss of an item which is being returned, so please securely package and return using a tracked method.

 

REFUNDS

:

Once your refund has been approved by our team and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, so please be patient. However if your refund has taken longer than this period, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.

Tax & Import duties- International

If you are charged any custom duties or sales taxes for your order, these taxes and duties are non-refundable through Lilika Designs. We suggest you contact your local customs bureau directly to ensure how these duties or taxes may affect you.

Our checkout process is secured by PAYPAL. We do not record credit card details; all credits cards are processed by PAYPAL which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe, one of the world’s most secure payment methods. 
Lilika Designs collects customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances. 
Joining the Lilika Designs mailing list is optional, although recommended. It will allow us to keep you up to date with the latest news and information. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall delete you off the list.

Please note that the color of our products represented on your monitor may differ slightly to the physical item. 
Every effort has been made to portray the colors of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colors you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be completely accurate. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY
Lilika Designs is committed to providing excellent customer service and quality products. We do our utmost to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange a back order or a full refund.

 
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
Payment is secured by way of Paypal which accepts all major Credit/Debit cards.We offer a buy now pay later option with ZIP which allows you to buy straight away but pay it back insterest free in 4 installments.
Once funds have been received and cleared, we will courier your items to your nominated postal address.

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
